We provide a "license" (agreement) for the reproduction rights to an image for a price and terms that are negotiated based on the specific use. Upon agreement, we provide a high quality and high resolution digital file based on a scan of at least 3,000 x 5,000 pixels. We make this file easily available on our FTP site or through the mail on disk. Every usage agreement is different; factors include the reproduction size, whether it is an exhibit or publication, length of the exhibit, circulation of the publication or for film or broadcast etc. Our images are not available anywhere else and are not available nor have ever been available as "royalty free". What this means is that we have always controled their usage and have a record of it; thus, in many cases we can guarantee exclusivity of your specific usage. Pricing for the use of our royalty managed images can vary quite widely but we do have a MINIMUM licensing fee of U. S. $150.00 for one time use.

We can provide a modern high quality archival 13 x 19 inch signed prints of most of the images on our website for U.S $400.00 or an unsigned print of any image on our website for U.S. $150.00 plus applicable taxes and shipping. The purchase of such a print DOES NOT include any licensing rights for the image itself. You own the print and can display it on the wall of your home or office or even resell it as an art object, but you DO NOT have the right to reproduce it for commercial purposes or in any way commercially exploit the image itself. For an additional charge we can also provide custom sized prints other than 13 x 19 inches (up to wall size). Please inquire for details about specialized sizes.

We also publish portfolio sets covering a number of different themes, containing 43 individual 13 x 19 inch signed prints in a high quality archival binder. These portfolios are numbered and represent a great opportunity for collectors as well as a tremendous value over individual print prices. 4) As "Personal & Family Album Prints"

We will also entertain special requests for prints of photograohs containing images of family members & relatives, i.e., "That's my Grandmother marching in Selma in 1965..." This type of pricing varies according to individual situations and includes no reproduction rights. We make this special offer available at our discretion out of respect for the important contribution to a photograph of its subject.
